A New Way to Look at Copier Leasing

Every time you are considering a copier purchase, there are always two separate transactions. There is the transaction that involves a copier, a Xerox 2060 for example. And there the transaction involving your money.

Whether you're looking into leasing a copier, new or used, you should always ask for a separate breakdown of the true costs of any copier lease. Often a manufacturer will try to give you a single number, that hides the rate associated and actual costs of an equipment lease. Make sure you have a breakdown that includes your payments and your end-of-lease options.
Once you've chosen a copy machine or new piece of medical equipment, remember that you don't have to receive the lease from the same source. Go out and get quotes from several leasing vendors to acheive the best rate.

If you're considering a copier lease or equipment lease, please consider Graphic Savings Group.
